NAGORNO-KARABAKH - NOVEMBER 14, 2020: Russian peacekeepers guard the area near the Dadivank Armenian monastery. On 10 November, Armeniaís Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russiaís President Vladimir Putin, and Azerbaijanís President Ilham Aliyev signed a joint statement on a complete ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh. The Russian leader said the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides would maintain the positions that they had held and Russian peacekeepers would be deployed to the region. According to the document, Armenia has to hand over the Nagorno-Karabakh districts of Kalbajar, Lachin, and Agdam, to Azerbaijan till November 15, December 1, and November 20, respectively.
